Last week news broke out in the Nigerian media that Rev. Anita filed for divorce with her spouse, the founder of the Christ Embassy Church Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, over “adultery” and “unreasonable behaviour”.
The break-up caused not only split among the church members, who took different sides in the conflict, but also increased attention to the clerics’ family members.
Chris’s younger brother Rev. Ken, was accused of romancing with the church member in South Africa and impregnating the woman, whose child was aborted to prevent the scandal.
